Following a public allegation that a finished product on the market contains a fragrance material that has been banned by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA), an investigation has been conducted in accordance with the IFRA Compliance Program*.

A test sample of fifty fragranced products, chosen at random from a selection of 450 marketed products from ten different countries, found that all fragrance formulations were compliant with the IFRA Code of Practice.

The fourth cycle of the IFRA Compliance Program, covering the period May 2009 to April 2010, found no IFRA banned substances in any of the selected products.
